2. Booking & Payment Policy

• Bookings must be made through our website, support line, or email.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless specified otherwise.
• Prices may change due to provider updates, taxes, or currency fluctuations.
• We accept online payments, bank transfers, and credit/debit cards.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations 48 hours before the tour receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of the tour.
• Visas and plane tickets are non-refundable once processed.
• Refunds for airline tickets depend on airline policies.
• Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7–14 business days.

4. Travel Documents & Responsibility

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all visa and entry requirements. Incorrect documentation may result in denied entry, for which we are not liable.

5. Liability & Limitations

• We are not responsible for cancellations due to airline, weather, or unforeseen events.
• We are not liable for lost or damaged personal property during travel.
• Medical issues, injuries, or tour-related errors are not our responsibility.
• Travelers must comply with local laws and regulations.

6. Changes & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours for safety, legal, or operational reasons. Customers will receive a full refund or alternative booking if we cancel a service.

7. Code of Conduct

All travelers must respect guides and fellow tourists. Any misconduct may result in service termination without a refund.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

By using our services, you agree to our privacy policy regarding data collection and usage. Your information is securely stored and not shared with third parties unless required by law.
